Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead data analytics initiatives across group.

This role is responsible for managing and transforming business data into meaningful insights to support business analysis and decision-making. The position covers data preparation and transformation, data analysis and modeling, reporting and dashboard development, as well as continuous improvement of data processes and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee business data to ensure data is appropriately structured, reliable, and ready for analysis.
• Oversee data preparation, transformation, and cleansing processes to convert raw data into usable datasets.
• Perform and lead data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop and oversee data models, reports, and dashboards to support business performance analysis.
• Work closely with business functions across group to understand business and data requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities to improve data management and analytics capabilities.
• Explore and apply appropriate technologies and approaches to enhance data utilization and analytics efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and provide guidance to team members to ensure effective delivery of data and analytics initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and communicate key updates, findings, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data standards, processes, tools, and ways of working to strengthen the organization’s data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of data preparation, data transformation, data cleansing, data modeling, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with databases and complex business datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business functions.
• Experience in leading, coaching, or supervising team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and evaluate new technologies and approaches to improve data and analytics capabilities.
