We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of analytics professionals and drive data-led decision-making across the organization. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines strategic analytics, stakeholder engagement, and team management to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the organization's data analytics framework, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 Data Analysts, providing leadership, coaching, and career development support.
• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by delivering meaningful insights, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support and navigate organizational and process changes, ensuring analytics functions align with evolving business objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of analytics projects and reporting initiatives, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at both operational and management levels.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and client groups.
• Establish best practices for data reporting, performance measurement, and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement through analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data reporting

• Strong data analytics domain knowledge with a proven track record of delivering business insights and outcomes.

• Previous experience leading and managing analytics teams.

• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and engaging with senior business leaders.

• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across different levels of an organization.

• Experience delivering reporting and analytical services for large enterprises, public sector, government, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

• Hands-on experience with analytics, reporting, or BI tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
