Data Analytics – Multi-Source Data Correlation

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data analytics and multi-source data correlation.
• Strong ability to combine and analyze datasets from multiple sources to identify relationships, gaps, trends, and patterns.
• Experienced in correlating network performance data with customer experience / QoE data.
• Proficient in handling and integrating data from various sources, such as:
• Network KPI / Performance Management (PM)
• CDR / xDR
• OSS / NMS
• Traffic data
• Customer experience / QoE data
• Geographic / location data
• Temporal / time-series data
• Strong understanding of data cleansing, transformation, validation, normalization, and integration across different datasets.
• Able to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, anomalies, and correlations between network performance and customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and trends that can support network performance and customer experience improvement.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, joining, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Familiar with Python, Excel, or BI/Data Visualization tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Able to work with large and complex datasets and perform analysis across different dimensions, including time, geography, network elements, and customer segments.
• Able to translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
