Data Analytics Partner, People Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Data Analytics Partner People Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,900 – $167,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner on analytics to enhance hiring effectiveness and quality
• Create structure from complex data and stakeholder narratives
• Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics to identify trends
• Build relationships with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analyses
• Conduct investigations and data forensics to deliver impactful insights
• Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and standardization
• Apply product management and design thinking to enhance employee experience

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field like Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering
• 3+ years in HR-focused Data Analytics, with 1 year in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
• Fluency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with R or Python is preferred
• Strong storytelling skills with data for varied audiences
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and synthesizing actionable insights
• End-to-end analytics project experience
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools in work processes
