Data Analytics Specialist

• Creating Visual Data Dashboards for various organizational units

• Supporting adoption and usage of Data Dashboards

• Collaborating across teams (e.g., sales, finance, marketing, CRM) to drive data results

• Executing to ensure results are realized, diving deep into each business on the ground

• Contributing to the collection of data from various systems to central data collection

• Work closely with CRM or any other commercials for data management and initial data analytics

• Support team regarding data structure, data format, data cleaning and be initial data advisor

• Define and document business KPIs and metric definitions with stakeholders (single source of truth)

• Migrate existing Power BI reports to the new centralized data model, reducing logic inside individual reports

• Monitor data quality and report issues to the data engineering

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver insights and recommendations, not only reports

• Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets and data dictionary

• Train business users on self-service dashboard usage

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics / BI

• Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)

• Strong SQL, Postgres skills

• Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema / dimensional modeling)

• Experience working with business users across multiple departments

Preferred

• • Experience with ERP data (SAP Business One) and CRM data
• • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, retail or e-commerce
• • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure or AWS)
• • Python for data cleaning or analysis, n8n, Power Automate
• • Basic knowledge of sell-in / sell-out, promotion and customer analytics
