We are looking to hire a dedicated Data Analytics Trainer to be part of our Edoxi Kuwait team.

Role Overview

As a Data Analytics Trainer at Edoxi Kuwait, you will educate, mentor, and equip students and working professionals with the critical technical skills needed to process, analyze, and visualize data. You will leverage your real-world expertise to deliver high-impact, hands-on training, ensuring our learners build the confidence required to succeed in today’s data-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build comprehensive training materials, slide decks, hands-on labs, and real-world datasets tailored to various skill levels.

• Conduct engaging live sessions, lectures, and interactive workshops in person covering core analytical tools.

• Provide individual guidance, troubleshoot code or queries, and support participants as they grasp complex statistical and analytical concepts.

• Measure learning outcomes through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects, adjusting teaching pace or content based on student performance.

• Partner with curriculum teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training content with current industry trends and software updates.

• Stay current with emerging analytics platforms, automation, and AI-assisted querying tools to keep training programs modern and relevant.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Advanced Excel: Mastery of complex formulas, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

• SQL: Mastery of relational databases, complex joins, subqueries, and advanced data extraction.

• Power BI: Expert-level knowledge of data modeling, DAX expressions, and interactive dashboard creation.

• Python: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Experience, Education & Data Concepts

Training Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience training Data Analytics.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Data Concepts: Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and foundational statistics.

Language Proficiency

English: Fluent / Proficient

Arabic: Proficient
