Data & AI Team: Data Scientist, Platform Engineer & Data Analyst

Job Summary: Transform massive enterprise data into actionable business strategies. This team leverages Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to drive innovation, optimize retail operations, and deliver highly personalized experiences for millions of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Platform Engineer: Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability for downstream analytics and machine learning applications.
• Data Analyst: Extract and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that empower executive decision-making.
• AI & Data Scientist: Research and develop advanced Machine Learning and AI models. Focus on predictive analytics, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and recommendation engines to enhance business competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Junior (0-3 years): Strong proficiency in SQL and basic statistics. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools or basic data wrangling scripts.
• Mid-Senior (3-7 years): Capable of extracting deep business insights, designing complex ETL/ELT pipelines, or deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Expert / Specialist (7+ years): Proven track record in designing Big Data architectures, leading Generative AI / Deep Learning initiatives, and acting as a strategic data advisor to top management.

Skills / Tools & Technology:

• Data Processing & Storage: SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery.
• Analytics & Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio.
• Data Science & AI: Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, MLOps, LLMs.
