Data & Analytics Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Lead to lead strategic data platform, analytics, and technology transformation initiatives in Japan.

In this role, you will act as the key bridge between Japan-based stakeholders and global delivery teams, driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes. This is a highly visible opportunity to partner with senior leaders and help deliver data platform, analytics, and data-driven solutions that create measurable business value across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, reporting, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Act as the primary bridge between Japan stakeholders and global/offshore delivery teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Build strong relationships with business, IT, and executive stakeholders across Japan and global teams.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Communicate complex business and technical topics effectively in both Japanese and English.

Data & Analytics Solutions

• Support the delivery of data, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, AI, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive best practices around data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.

Technology & Transformation

• Participate in solution planning, architecture discussions, and technology roadmaps.
• Support modernization initiatives involving cloud platforms, analytics capabilities, and enterprise data solutions.
• Contribute to transformation programs that deliver measurable business value and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Experience leading data, analytics, technology, reporting, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience within global or enterprise environments.
• Understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, data platforms, cloud technologies, or related enterprise solutions.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering analytics, AI, machine learning, or other data-driven business solutions.
