Data & Analytics Governance Specialist - Data Mgt & Analytics Unit / (WFH)

About the role

Create and implement Global Data and Analytics Governance - strategy, initiatives, roadmaps, projects, operating models. Collaborate with cross country data stakeholders, define data objectives, gather data requirements, provide, and implement solutions (including ownership and accountability, processes and procedures, data quality/security and other areas as required).

Job responsibilities

• Create and implement Global Data and Analytics Governance - strategy, initiatives, roadmaps, projects, operating models.
• Collaborate with cross country data stakeholders, define data objectives, gather data requirements, provide, and implement solutions (including ownership and accountability, processes and procedures, data quality/security and other areas as required).
• Perform analysis on the current and evolving risks & regulations at a global level, devise and implement plans to close the gaps.
• Establish and operationalize governance bodies including Data Council/Committee/Forums for management accountability.
• Define, communicate, and monitor roles and responsibilities (R&R) of different data stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to data stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

• Proficient in both English speaking and writing.

• At least 3 years of experience in data governance, management and consulting.

• Knowledge of data governance framework, data management and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in conducting data governance committee meetings and forums.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with high influential ability.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High-energy, a proactive adaptive problem solver, organized, flexible and comfortable navigating through ambiguity.

• Ability to navigate in a complex environment to drive outcomes with stakeholders.

• Be collaborative to help business with a can-do spirit.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple prioritized tasks.

• Willingness to travel, as needed.
