Specific responsibilities will vary based on project role, but may include:

  • Build trusted client relationships and advise stakeholders on data, analytics, technology, automation, and business process improvement solutions.

  • Design, build, integrate, and optimize data and analytics solutions that may include data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, APIs, ERP data, and internal or third-party data sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, applications, and automated workflows that improve data accessibility, decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes and support the design and implementation of workflow automation, RPA, or other technology solutions.
  • Implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and error-handling controls to ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Lead technical projects and workstreams from requirements through implementation and adoption, coordinating team members and engaging stakeholders throughout documentation, testing, deployment, communications, training, and user support.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members and lead and/or contribute to business development activities.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience designing, developing, or implementing data and analytics solutions, which may include data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data integrations, data warehouses, data lakes, business intelligence, or reporting solutions
  • Experience integrating or working with data from APIs, ERP systems, databases, or other enterprise platforms
  • Experience developing data, analytics, automation, or workflow solutions using technologies such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, etc.), Python, SQL, or similar tools
  • Experience creating and applying data quality, governance, lineage, or master/reference data management practices to support reliable and effective data solutions
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and independently leading technical projects or workstreams from requirements through implementation
  • Experience managing client relationships and collaborating across technical and business stakeholder groups, including supporting implementation and adoption of new solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to successfully obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation (BI), as well as any other background investigations required to perform client work

Desired

  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and cloud-based data and analytics platforms

  • Experience designing or optimizing data warehouse, data lake, or lakehouse architectures to support analytics, reporting, or AI use cases
  • Experience developing and deploying workflow automation or RPA solutions for manual, rules-based business processes
  • Experience developing or implementing enterprise data governance frameworks, including data quality, lineage, and master/reference data management
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology implementations or transformation initiatives across multiple business units or divisions
