Role Description The Data and Business Analytics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role is responsible for delivering interactive training sessions on data analytics, business analytics concepts, tools, and industry practices to diverse learner groups. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating lesson plans, creating training materials and case studies, conducting live classes, and assessing learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The trainer collaborates with the curriculum team to refine course content, integrates practical business scenarios into teaching, and provides ongoing coaching, doubt resolution, and feedback to learners. In addition, the role involves supporting learner success through guidance on career readiness, contributing to demo sessions or webinars, and partnering with the sales and admissions teams to help prospective learners understand the value of analytics programs.

Qualifications

• Strong learner-focused training and teaching skills, with experience facilitating interactive sessions and workshops.
• Curriculum development and instructional design abilities to create structured, outcome-based content and assessments.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to guide learners, address doubts, and support varied learning styles.
• Comfort working with sales and admissions teams to explain program benefits and support enrollment conversations.
• Hands-on experience in data and business analytics, including analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R, BI tools) and real-world business use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or corporate instructor in analytics or related domains is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple batches or cohorts, and adapt to a dynamic, learner-centered environment.
