GURNER™ Wellness Group is redefining luxury wellness through our SAINT and SAINT HAVEN private members clubs, combining preventative health, technology, hospitality and 6-star service.

As we continue to grow across Australia, we’re looking for a technically sharp Data & CRM Analyst to join our Digital Operations team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you’ll work across the data, CRM and reporting systems that power our member and commercial operations.

This is a hands-on role spanning HubSpot, SQL, Power BI, Azure and automation, with exposure across Sales, Retention, Finance and Club Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot our data pipeline across Azure SQL, Fivetran and Logic Apps, ensuring data remains accurate and reliable
• Manage the day-to-day HubSpot environment, including workflows, pipelines, custom objects, lifecycle stages and data hygiene
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows across HubSpot, Mindbody, Square and Azure
• Own our existing suite of reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to operational and commercial stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve reporting across member churn, retention, sales, club operations and checkout performance
• Build CRM improvements and interfaces that support Sales and Retention initiatives
• Support strategic data projects connecting membership, wellness and property CRM data
• Build automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Support data governance, compliance and documentation across our digital ecosystem

• Reporting and dashboards are accurate, reliable and delivered consistently
• Our data pipeline and CRM environment operate smoothly with issues identified and resolved quickly
• CRM improvements are delivered that make life easier for Sales, Retention and Club teams
• Data integrity issues are proactively identified before they impact the business
• Strategic data projects move from concept into execution
• New automation and AI-enabled workflows are implemented that create measurable efficiencies
• Commercial teams have better access to the data and insights they need to make decisions

About You

You’ll bring strong technical aptitude across SQL and CRM systems, ideally with hands-on HubSpot experience.

You’re a fast learner, confident working across multiple systems and able to turn direction into practical solutions. Exposure to Power BI, Azure, automation or low-code tooling will be highly regarded.

We care more about technical capability and potential than years of experience.
