Good college data matters.

It helps students get onto the right course. It helps curriculum teams plan and deliver. It supports timetables, registers, funding claims, audits, reports and decisions.

As our Funding and Data Officer, you’ll help make sure that information is accurate, compliant and up to date.

You’ll support the administration of timetabling, registers, student records and course data across the college. You’ll work with curriculum teams, MIS colleagues and managers to process information, resolve queries, produce reports and support funding and audit activity.

This is a role for someone who enjoys detail. You’ll need to be accurate, organised and confident using systems, data and deadlines.

You’ll be working with:

timetabling and register data

student and course records

funding and compliance checks

audit evidence and reporting

MIS systems, Microsoft Office and college data processes

curriculum teams, managers and wider college colleagues

You’ll bring strong attention to detail, good organisation, confidence using systems and the ability to manage deadlines calmly. Experience with education data, MIS, EBS, funding, audit or student records would be helpful.
