Role Overview:

The Data & IT Solutions Executive is responsible for supporting the company's technology and information needs. This role provides day-to-day IT support, manages data extraction and reporting from ERP and business systems, and develops dashboards and insights that help departments make informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.

• Maintain and coordinate company IT systems, equipment, and external IT vendors.

• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP and other business systems using SQL and reporting tools.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management and departmental needs.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent. 1

• Work closely with departments to understand reporting requirements and provide meaningful business insights.

• Support process improvements through automation, data analysis, and technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, IT support, business intelligence, or related roles.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and database querying.

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A proactive mindset, service-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn.
