Data and Performance Analyst - Real Estate - OnSite

This position is contingent upon contract award. Hiring for this position will proceed only if BGMG receives the award.
Position Summary
The Data and Performance Analyst builds and maintains the dashboards and management reports that track a federal real estate portfolio's occupancy, pipeline, agreement status, and customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance measures covering occupancy, vacancy, and utilization
• Compile data on the tenant prospect pipeline, onboarding milestones, and occupancy agreement status
• Prepare concise, exception-based reports that flag overdue actions, unresolved dependencies, and emerging risks
• Support preparation of the Monthly Management Dashboard for client leadership
• Maintain data quality controls and reconcile figures across occupancy, financial, and tenant records
• Assist in developing key performance indicators in coordination with the program management team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
• 4 years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance experience
• Experience integrating information from multiple data sources into a single reporting product
• Ability to produce concise, exception-based management reporting for a non-technical audience
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and dashboard tools
• Ability to pass a federal security investigation for unescorted building access

Location: Washington, DC 20548 (onsite presence required)
Schedule: Core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Employment Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award
Security: Selected candidate must pass a security investigation for unescorted building access; an existing federal clearance may be submitted for review in place of a new investigation
