Data and Quality Manager- REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Data and Quality Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will oversee data collection, governance, and quality management efforts that support performance measurement and operational decision-making. You will build reporting protocols, executive dashboards, and scorecards that help leadership monitor service timelines, compliance, and KPIs. This position partners across multidisciplinary teams to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen accountability, and support services that impact vulnerable populations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,323 – $202,850 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, governance, and quality management activities
• Develop and implement reporting protocols and performance measurement processes
• Monitor KPIs, service timelines, and compliance requirements
• Create executive dashboards and performance scorecards
• Conduct analyses to inform decision-making and improve operational performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing data collection and quality management activities
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Proven track record in data analysis and reporting systems
• Experience with federal programs or large-scale nonprofit organizations
