We're looking for an experienced Data & Reporting Manager to take ownership of our Power BI reporting environment, creating trusted, accessible and insightful reporting that helps teams make better decisions every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, influencing stakeholders, solving business problems and building reporting solutions that have a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Operations and Finance to understand what information they need and transform it into clear, meaningful reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building Power BI dashboards, reports and data models
• Developing and maintaining trusted KPI reporting across the business
• Creating a consistent reporting framework and visual standards
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity and governance
• Translating complex business requirements into intuitive insights
• Reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual reporting processes
• Identifying opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working
• Helping establish a single source of truth for business reporting
• Supporting the future use of AI and data-driven applications

What We're Looking For

We're interested in capability, curiosity and practical experience rather than a long list of qualifications.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong experience using Power BI
• Excellent data modelling, DAX and Power Query skills
• Experience building reporting solutions for business leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for data quality, governance and accuracy
• Confidence challenging data discrepancies and finding root causes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to balance technical detail with commercial understanding

Desirable Experience

• SQL
• Microsoft Azure data technologies
• ERP or CRM systems
• Retail, ecommerce or supply chain reporting
• Data governance frameworks
• Automation or AI-driven reporting solutions
