Qualification | Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Experience (in years) | 5 Job Description | 1. Delivery of enhancement requests and other operational activities of the project 2. Up to date communication to stakeholders using JIRA as medium. 3. Participate in Replenishment calls with stakeholders to clarify blockers and agree on deliveries 4. Train and mentor team members and management to understand technologies 5. Tracking and following up the action items 6. Ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution 7. Simplify – use every opportunity to simplify to the maximum extent possible and go the extra mile in doing so 8. Collaborate with internal teams to address business needs 9. Assume personal responsibility for achieving defined outcomes 10. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results Skill Set Required | Data Integration & Pipeline Development • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue and Informatica (PowerCenter) • Build scalable ETL/ELT workflows for structured data • Implement data ingestion from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, cloud storage, SaaS systems) Data Warehousing & Data Modelling • Design and implement enterprise data warehouse (EDW) structures • Develop and maintain dimensional data models (Star / Snowflake schemas) • Build staging, ODS, and presentation layers • Optimize data models for reporting and analytics performance • Support data mart design aligned to business domains
