Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Procurement Executive to support our data acquisition initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and procuring high-quality datasets.

The role involves coordinating with data providers and vendors, conducting business meetings, building professional relationships, and executing effective data procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and source relevant datasets from potential data providers and vendors.

• Execute data procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of quality datasets.

• Conduct business meetings with data providers, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners.

• Coordinate with external partners for accurate and efficient data acquisition.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project and business requirements.

• Research and identify potential data providers, vendors, and strategic partners.

• Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders for cost-effective and timely procurement.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities and vendor interactions.

• Track ongoing procurement requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Monitor procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and adaptable approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic understanding of data, operations, or procurement processes is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and professional engagements.

• Comfortable working in an onsite environment in Lucknow.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
