Data Architect

We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Define and maintain data architecture standards, frameworks, and enhancements across the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Assess data deliverables, including Source-to-Target Mappings (STMs), for compliance with approved data architecture standards and principles.
• Support the Data Governance team in evaluating and implementing data policies, frameworks, and governance initiatives.
• Develop and formalize Data Product guidelines, standards, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture and governance objectives.
• Collaborate with data architecture, governance, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, consistency, scalability, and overall data landscape.

For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mid to Senior-level experience (5-8 years) in Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing data architecture standards, principles, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience reviewing data deliverables, such as Source-to-Target Mappings, data models, and architecture documentation.
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and Data Product management practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
