Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprisescale data Lakehouse solutions using Teradata, Talend, and Qlik
• Drive architectural decisions aligned with RFP requirements and organizational strategy
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Guide parallelized delivery across multiple tracks under tight timelines
• Lead solution design and optimization initiatives
• Participate in detailed project planning with program leads to meet deadlines
• Conduct technical discussions with client leadership and consulting partners
• Document architecture and lowlevel design for solution components
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across the data platform
• Drive adoption of DevOps/MLOps tools and processes
• Support integration with data access management solutions
• Oversee monitoring of data platform health and nonfunctional requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for BI reporting, AIML models, and data services

Mandatory Skills

• Data Architecture (enterprise scale solutions)
• GCP Data Architecture expertise
• MDM (Master Data Management) conceptual knowledge
• Teradata deployment and architecture understanding
• Talend capabilities for data processing and integration
• Data modelling (raw, validated, enriched layers using medallion architecture)
• Data quality and governance (catalog, lineage, stewardship, security, access control)
• Largescale data migration with reconciliation and quality checks
• Integration architecture and data security implementation

Secondary Skills

• Data Lakehouse Architecture (greenfield implementations)
• Qlik for BI reporting and data consumption
• Digital eventbased architectures for near realtime processing
• AIML model development and integration with data services
• DevOps/MLOps tools and process setup
• Monitoring tools for data platform health (Teradata, Talend, Qlik)
• Insurance domain functional expertise (added advantage)
