Key Responsibilities

- Drive data quality, performance, and platform optimization.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15-20 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ETL/ELT, data integration, data modeling, and analytics.
- Experience with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and databases.
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale data solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
