Our Data Strategy & Architecture team helps clients turn complex data, technology and business challenges into practical strategies, trusted architectures and measurable outcomes. We’re interested in connecting with talented people across our Architecture community, from Architects and Senior Architects through to Principal Architects. We’re also keen to hear from experienced Data Engineers who are looking to take the next step into Architecture, bringing their technical expertise into a broader solution design and advisory role.

Depending on your experience and strengths, you could contribute to client discovery, shape solution designs and roadmaps, lead complex engagements or provide strategic and architectural direction.

You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to understand their challenges and translate organisational priorities into practical strategies, architectures and solutions, **using our proprietary DataOps platform,**Seriös ONE, and our S1 First approach as a core part of how we design and deliver for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead or contribute to client discovery, workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical strategies, roadmaps and solution approaches
• Develop data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models and improvement initiatives
• Design and review data, analytics, AI and technology solutions
• Produce clear architecture artefacts, recommendations and supporting documentation
• Apply our S1 First approach andSeriös ONEcapabilities when shaping client solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies and trade-offs, balancing client needs, delivery considerations and commercial outcomes
• Present recommendations clearly to technical, non-technical and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, statements of work and solution development
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to create longer-term value
• Share expertise and contribute to the continued development of our architecture standards and practices

What we’re looking for

We know strong architecture capability can develop through different career paths and technical specialisms. We’re particularly interested in people with:

• Experience across one or more of data strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, AI, cloud or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex challenges
• Experience translating business needs into practical technology or data solutions
• An understanding of modern data technologies, cloud platforms and architecture principles
• Experience contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, workshops or stakeholder discussions
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative, consultative approach and the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Curiosity about data, AI and emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
• For more senior opportunities, experience leading complex engagements, shaping architecture and influencing strategic decisions
