Dare to Have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience in data roles, including at least 3 years in data architecture;
• At least 3 years of formal technical team management, with direct responsibility for people management;
• Strong expertise in SQL, dimensional data modelling and ETL/ELT;
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure, and tools such as Airflow or dbt;
• Experience integrating data solutions with ERP systems and BI platforms such as Power BI;
• Experience delivering process automation initiatives using AI, RPA or low-code tools, from process assessment and solution selection through to production;
• Understanding of AI risk and governance, including personal data protection, human oversight and vendor dependency;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders;
• Professional proficiency in English.
