Data Architect(Lead Data Engineer)

Position: Lead Data Engineer / Data Architect (Innovation & POC Lead)

Location: Exton, PA - ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the onsite SME for Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot initiatives for new technologies, features, and platform capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging trends, product roadmaps, and enhancements in the data ecosystem.
• Evaluate and recommend new solutions that improve scalability, performance, and business value.
• Provide strategic architecture guidance and technology recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions.
• Proven ability to independently drive technical discovery, evaluations, and POCs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
