We’re Hiring | Enterprise Architecture Consultant – Data Architecture

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

NOZOM is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Consultant specializing in Data Architecture to lead our Data Department and guide enterprise data strategies, governance, and architecture in alignment with business objectives and Saudi national requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data architecture within the enterprise architecture framework, aligned with NORA .
• Translate business objectives into data requirements and design the overall architecture of the data platform.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models and standardize them across enterprise systems.
• Oversee data governance in alignment with SDAIA and NDMO requirements.
• Develop policies and standards for data quality, metadata management, documentation, and data lifecycle management.
• Prepare requirements and supporting evidence for the National Data Index (NADI) and relevant DGA Qiyas assessments.
• Lead the data team and coordinate with stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Preferably 5–7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and data management.
• Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the public sector.
• In-depth knowledge of NORA , with hands-on experience addressing Qiyas, NADI, and national data management requirements .
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture modeling tools such as Bizzdesign, ARIS, Signavio, Orbus iServer , or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Certifications:

• TOGAF 9.2 or TOGAF 10 .
• DAMA CDMP or an equivalent data management certification.
