About the Opportunity:

The DATA ASSOCIATE role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely ingestion of customer data into the organization's platform. This position is vital for transforming raw data into a standardized format, supporting the overall quality and reliability of the company's data services. The role demands independent management of the data extraction and transformation process and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and transform customer data into the Common Data Model
• Perform efficient and accurate manual data processing
• Stay current with product knowledge and accounting systems
• Escalate customer feedback internally when necessary

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail oriented
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL (desirable)
• Basic accountancy knowledge (desirable)
• Experience in a similar role (desirable)

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary Range - $63,000 - $66,000
