About the role

Panacorp Software Solutions is hiring a Data Associate to support the Business Development team through accurate data management and client coordination. This role combines data entry responsibilities with basic outbound calling to maintain client records and assist in lead management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain client databases.
• Verify, update, and organize customer information in Excel and internal systems.
• Make basic outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and information verification.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team on lead updates.
• Maintain daily records of calls, client responses, and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and support documentation as required.

Eligibility

• B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Client-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
