Data Associate - LG Operations

Responsible for researching and identifying the right decision-makers and relevant business contacts for B2B lead-generation campaigns. The role involves using multiple data sources and research tools to find accurate contact information while ensuring that the identified contacts meet the campaign s targeting criteria and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Right-Party Contacts (RPCs) using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other tools.
• Validate contact details, job titles, seniority, company, email, and phone numbers.
• Ensure contacts meet campaign criteria such as job function, seniority, geography, industry, company size, and TAL.
• Research and verify contacts when information is unavailable or unclear.
• Identify and remove duplicate, incorrect, outdated, or irrelevant contacts.
• Follow campaign SOPs and data-quality guidelines.
• Accurately update contact information in systems and trackers.
• Verify the prospect details through tele verification.

Requirements

• Strong online research and data-mining skills.
• Good understanding of B2B organizations and decision-maker structures.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and similar B2B data platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret job titles, functions, and seniority levels.
• Good analytical and verification skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
