About the Role

We are looking for an to support the development and continuous improvement of a centralized Onboard Revenue Intelligence Platform. This platform is designed to strengthen inventory management, revenue optimization, pricing recommendations, and performance tracking across onboard revenue operations.

In this role, you will work with data, business rules, and automated workflows to help ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable information for business decision-making. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, technology, and revenue teams across global locations to support platform development, data quality, and process automation.

This is a project-based opportunity with an estimated duration of 18–24 months, subject to continued project funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data structures and catalogs that support inventory intelligence and revenue optimization.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows that translate business rules and operational inputs into inventory deployment processes.
• Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Support the implementation of platform architecture, automation logic, and analytical models in collaboration with data science teams.
• Monitor data pipelines and automated processes, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and workflow issues.
• Document data structures, business rules, workflows, and validation procedures to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data specifications and workflow solutions.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and further automation.
• Assist in testing and validating new platform features, system integrations, and data feeds before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data operations, or automation support.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with data structuring, workflow automation, and data quality validation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, Python, or VBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate business requirements into data logic.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Experience in onboard revenue, shore excursions, pricing, or revenue management is an advantage.
