Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting, and analytics.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Product Owners to deliver data solutions.

• Perform data analysis using SQL to identify trends, validate requirements, and support business decisions.

• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.

• Create user stories, process flows, business documentation, and acceptance criteria.

• Support testing activities, data validation, and UAT processes.

• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects.

• Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, analysis, and validation.

• Experience working with reporting and analytics solutions.

• Ability to understand data models, data flows, and business processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
