Data - Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader - Zuci Systems!

We are looking for a hands-on leader to head our Data & Analytics practice. This role is not just about managing a team but building a strong, scalable practice that delivers real business value to our customers. You will own the end-to-end responsibility of the practice, from driving revenue and shaping solutions to mentoring teams and engaging with customers. Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Growth

• Own the P&L for the Data & Analytics practice
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion
• Identify new opportunities across existing and new customers
• Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management

Customer & Delivery Ownership

• Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements
• Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction
• Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
• Be willing to travel to customer locations as required

Technical Thought Leadership

• Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)
• Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization

Pre-sales & Solutioning

• Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
• Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins
• Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions

Team & People Leadership

• Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets
• Build strong second-line leadership within the team
• Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership
• Align practice goals with overall company strategy
