Daily Responsibilities

• High-Volume Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain high-priority candidate and business profiles across our internal databases with a 100% accuracy rate.
• Information Verification: Cross-reference newly imported documentation against existing records to detect, correct, and eliminate anomalies or duplicate entries.
• System Compliance & Auditing: Perform daily quality control checks on digital files to ensure complete alignment with professional organizational standards and data protection protocols.
• Digital Log Optimization: Maintain accurate digital logs of daily data throughput, processing speeds, and system updates to keep management informed of pipeline efficiency.
• Operational Collaboration: Assist internal recruitment and consulting teams by generating clean, filtered data reports to accelerate active candidate matching.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A strong track record of success in dedicated data entry, data capturing, or administrative clerical roles handling high-volume digital information.
• Technical Proficiency: Exceptional typing speed and precision, with deep comfort navigating advanced spreadsheet software, database CRM systems, and cloud platforms.
• Market Familiarity: Strong alignment with the fast-paced administrative market, recognizing the massive volume of Data Capturing and Data Entry vacancies currently in Cape Town.
• Extreme Attention to Detail: An analytical mindset capable of spotting minor data discrepancies instantly during repetitive processing cycles.
