Data Center Architect

We’re partnering with an ambitious AI scaleup to hire a Data Centre Hardware Architect who can shape the infrastructure behind its next generation of AI compute.

This is an opportunity to make architecture decisions with real impact, from accelerator platforms and server design through to rack scale integration. You’ll bring together compute, networking, memory, power and cooling to build systems that deliver in the real world.

The opportunity

• Own hardware architecture across server and rack scale AI systems.

• Translate demanding AI workloads into practical platform requirements.

• Drive decisions around accelerator integration, interconnects, memory bandwidth, power and thermal design.

• Work closely with silicon, systems software and engineering teams to balance performance, cost and scalability.

• Guide platform development from architecture through validation and deployment.

Who we’re looking for

• A hardware architect with experience delivering data centre, HPC or AI infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of GPU or accelerator systems, high speed networking and server architecture.

• Someone who can assess system level tradeoffs and turn them into clear engineering decisions.

• Experience taking complex hardware platforms into production.

• The technical depth to challenge assumptions and the ownership to move things forward.
