Data Center Cluster Supervisor
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin – On-site
Salary: €17.91/hour + €20 Night Allowance + €3.44/hour Sunday Allowance
Estimated Annual Earnings: €44,000+
Contract: Permanent, Full-time – 42 hours per week

Bidvest Noonan is looking for an experienced Data Center Cluster Supervisor to lead security
operations across a busy hyperscale data centre campus in Dublin.

This is a key leadership role within a mission-critical and highly regulated environment,
responsible for supervising security teams, maintaining client standards, managing incidents,
and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily security operations across multiple buildings.
• Manage and support Security Officers and Control Room Operators.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, client standards, and security requirements.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor management, and restricted areas.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor security trends, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare incident reports, management reports, and KPI updates.
• Conduct team briefings, coaching, audits, and performance reviews.
• Support business continuity, compliance, and operational resilience.

Essential Requirements

• Valid PSA Static Security Licence.
• QQI Level 4 Security Guarding or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security operations.
• Previous experience in a Data Centre, Critical Infrastructure, SOC, NOC, Control Room, or high-security environment.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, incident management, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, report-writing, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Desirable

• Hyperscale data centre experience.
• Experience with security audits, risk assessments, and compliance.
• First Aid Response or Fire Warden qualification.
• Experience analysing security trends and operational data.
