日本国内のデータセンターおよびコロケーション環境において、金融市場向けの重要インフラを支えるCapital Markets Data Center Engineerを募集しています。本ポジションでは、電子取引やマーケット接続を支えるインフラの導入・運用・保守・障害対応を担当し、国内外の金融機関、証券取引所、各種ステークホルダーと連携して業務を進めます。データセンター運用、ネットワーク、サーバー基盤に関する技術知識に加え、日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。高可用性・低遅延環境のサポート経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎します。

What You Will Do

• 金融市場向けのデータセンターおよびコロケーション環境において、インフラの導入・運用・保守・障害対応を担当します。
• 金融機関や証券取引所、ベンダー、社内関連部門と連携し、ネットワーク接続や設備管理、インシデント対応を推進します。
• また、各種ドキュメント管理や監査・コンプライアンス対応を通じて、高信頼な金融インフラの安定運用を支えます。

What we're looking for

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルであること
• データセンター、インフラ、ネットワーク運用分野で5～10年程度の経験を持ち、金融業界や取引所接続、電子取引環境のサポート経験がある方を求めています。
• データセンター運用、ネットワーク、サーバー機器、障害対応、変更管理に関する実務経験に加え、グローバルチームでの業務経験を歓迎します。

Why we need this role

We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Data Center Engineer to support critical financial market infrastructure across data center and colocation facilities in Japan. The role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure for electronic trading and market connectivity while working closely with financial institutions, stock exchanges, and global stakeholders. Strong expertise in data center operations, networking, and server infrastructure, along with Japanese and English communication skills, is required. Experience in high-availability and low-latency trading environments is highly preferred.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center and colocation infrastructure supporting financial markets.
• Work closely with customers, exchanges, vendors, and internal teams to manage connectivity, hardware, capacity, incident response, and operational activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and reliable delivery of mission-critical trading and market connectivity services.

What we're looking for

• Business level Japanese and English
• 5+ years of experience in Data Center, Infrastructure, or Network Operations roles, preferably within financial services or trading environments.
• Strong expertise in data center operations, networking, server infrastructure, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and change management is required.
• Experience working with global teams and mission-critical environments is highly valued.
