Salary: THB 190,000 – 200,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Center EPC Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of overseas data center and modular prefabricated data center projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EPC project management, MEP systems, data center construction, overseas project delivery, subcontractor management and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from project initiation, design coordination, procurement and export, site construction, commissioning, testing, handover and final settlement.
• Coordinate design teams, suppliers, overseas construction teams and local subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.
• Manage communication with clients, consultants, local contractors and government authorities, including construction permits, inspections, utility connections and regulatory approvals.
• Manage project variation orders, claims, progress payments, cost control, final accounts and collection.
• Implement and maintain HSE requirements across Chinese and local construction teams and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Identify project risks and resolve technical, commercial and construction issues throughout project execution.
• Develop and improve standardized delivery processes for modular data centers and prefabricated data center solutions for overseas markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
• 5+ years of data center EPC project management experience, with at least 2 years of overseas project/site experience.
• Proven experience delivering data centers, modular/prefabricated data centers, or large-scale computing facilities.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, cooling/HVAC, power distribution, ELV/BMS/BA and overall data center infrastructure.
• Experience with overseas EPC project delivery, local subcontractor management, international logistics, customs clearance and local construction requirements.
• Familiar with Tier data center standards, GB50174 and international/local fire, electrical and building regulations.
• Strong capability in project coordination, cost control, risk management, problem-solving and commercial negotiation.
• Fluent English for technical documentation and daily project communication.
• Willing to undertake long-term overseas travel and site assignments.
• PMP / First-Class Construction Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Southeast Asia or Middle East data center projects is highly preferred.

• Engineering Design & Consulting: China Electronics Engineering Design Institute (CEEDI), CITIC Design, Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design and similar data center design/consulting organizations
• Data Center Operators: GDS, Sinnet, Chindata, 21Vianet and similar data center operators
