Data Center Hiring Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience hiring for Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, MEP, EPC, Construction, Facilities Management, or Engineering roles.
• Experience in corporate recruitment, executive search, staffing, or consulting firms.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of technical hiring and engineering skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Hiring for Data Centers, Renewable Energy, Power, EPC, Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering and infrastructure talent markets.
• Experience in stakeholder management and volume as well as niche hiring.
