Data Center Operator

Work location: Simei (Healthcare)

Facility operations:
Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, cabling, and fire detection and suppression. Support maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Physical security:
Control access to the data centre and racks, manage physical keys and access logs, and report any security violations.

Asset and backup media:
Track assets through their lifecycle, including audits and disposal. Manage off-site backup media with suppliers and keep inventory, with monthly reports.

Incidents and compliance:
Respond to and escalate incidents by severity, do routine physical inspections, and support audits and fixes for any findings.

Requirements:
Diploma in IT, 3+ years in data centre operations (including incident and vendor management), and ITIL v3 Foundation, with DCFC preferred. Shift work and 24/7 standby required.

The Company's principal activity is manpower contracting services with other information technology and computer services.
