Senior Project Manager – Data Center Security / Low Voltage Systems

About the Role

Bright Minds is partnering with a growing systems integration organization to identify a Senior Project Manager to support data center projects in the Columbus market. This role will lead the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of technical projects while serving as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and field operations.

This is a strong fit for a seasoned PM with experience in electronic security, fire alarm, building automation, or related technical systems who can manage complex projects, support field execution, and drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from planning through installation, startup, and closeout
• Manage scheduling, organization, field coordination, and overall project execution
• Support application engineering and project delivery in technical environments
• Ensure projects are completed within budgeted cost, schedule, and cash flow expectations
• Serve as a key customer interface and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support safety, quality assurance, and overall project performance across assigned work
• Help lead high-volume, critical, or strategic customer accounts
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members as needed
• Assist with other project-related responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, field service, or project management
• Strong project management experience in a technical environment such as:
• Electronic security systems
• Fire alarm & life safety
• Building automation
• Related low-voltage / technical systems
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong financial and operational understanding, including cost control
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of IT networking principles
• College degree, trade school background, or equivalent experience
