Data Center Project Manager (Construction/MEP Delivery)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and installation of mission-critical systems for Data Center projects during the construction phase. The successful candidate will manage project execution from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of Data Center projects during the construction phase.
• Manage project schedules, site activities, installation progress, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee installation of MEP systems with a focus on HVAC and cooling infrastructure.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project risks, technical issues, variations, and site coordination activities.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, system integration, and project handover.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource utilization while ensuring timely reporting.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client meetings, progress reviews, and technical coordination throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing Data Center construction or MEP project delivery.
• Hands-on experience managing installation during the construction phase.
• Good understanding of HVAC, cooling systems, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, AHU, or related MEP systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
