Data Center Project Support - OPEX

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and arrange van schedules and accommodation bookings for the project team traveling within and outside Bangkok (on a daily and weekly basis, covering 2–5 projects).

2. Serve as the central point of contact for document routing and dispatch for the team (e.g., routing documents for director approval/signature, delivering documents to Accounting and other relevant teams, etc.).

3. Manage general office supplies and facilities (e.g., requesting office equipment and procuring snacks from headquarters to distribute to other locations).

4. Handle the full payment process—from creating Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to completing Goods Receipts (GR)—for all OPEX-related expenses of the project team.

5. Provide administrative or operational support for other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in project administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or data center environments.

• Familiarity with project documentation, contract administration, and invoicing workflows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Familiarity with project processes (RFI, NCR, submittals, invoicing) is an advantage
