Data Center Security Specialist Supervisor (Tier 3)

About the role

Oversee and maintain security standards across client facilities and office buildings. Manage duty rosters, control posted checkpoints, conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), and supervise team performance to meet international standards. Lead coordination during emergency situations and prepare incident analysis reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and daily operational logs in English. Analyze security vulnerabilities, propose risk prevention measures, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain security standards across client facilities and office buildings

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or High Vocational Certificate with proven supervisory experience
• 2–5 years in security supervision, facility management, or high-security facilities / Data Centers
• Good operational command of spoken, read, and written English, with the ability to draft RCA and daily logs
• Proficient in computer systems and comfortable leveraging AI tools for documentation
• Able to perform basic IT equipment troubleshooting
• Strong leadership and decisive problem-solving skills
• Service-minded with strict adherence to security rules
