Job Summary

Lead and manage a technical team to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of data center servers, network infrastructure, and systems, supporting seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead a technical team to manage, support, and maintain servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment to ensure operational reliability.

Oversee and execute network configuration changes and troubleshoot faults to maintain continuous Data Center network performance.

Ensure accurate installation, configuration, and operation of Data Center systems and equipment to meet operational standards.

Manage and optimize Data Center capacity specifications and resources to support current and future operational demands.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to Data Center networks or servers to minimize downtime and service disruption.

Implement and monitor system service and configuration changes to maintain seamless Data Center operations.

Act as liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to facilitate communication and coordinate data center activities effectively.

Required competencies and certifications

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Center operations.

Proficiency in managing Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems, with demonstrated skills in fault management, system installation, and troubleshooting.

Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team to develop skills and achieve operational goals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Immediate availability is preferred.
