About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring a few Data Center Technical Support Engineers to support a client project in Norway.

This role is focused on GPU server hardware support, technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site operational assistance in a data center environment. The position will be employed by our company and assigned to support a customer project on site.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who would like to work in a fast-growing data center and AI computing infrastructure environment, with hands-on exposure to high-performance server systems.

Before starting on site, selected candidates will receive training provided by the manufacturer/vendor to help them understand the relevant equipment, support procedures, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide on-site technical support for GPU servers and related hardware equipment

· Perform hardware inspection, maintenance, replacement, and basic repair support

· Troubleshoot hardware-related faults, alarms, and technical issues

· Support server installation, equipment replacement, rack-related tasks, and basic cabling checks when required

· Assist with issue escalation and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer-side stakeholders

· Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and other related technical documentation

· Follow site safety rules, technical procedures, and customer operational requirements

· Support other project-related technical and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

· Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• server hardware maintenance

• data center technical support

• IT hardware support

• infrastructure equipment troubleshooting

• on-site technical support / field service

· Hands-on ability in hardware inspection, component replacement, and basic fault handling

· Basic understanding of server systems, hardware maintenance, and data center working environments

· Ability to work in a structured, process-driven, and customer-facing environment

· Fluent English is required

· Chinese language skills are a plus, especially for communication with manufacturer-side technical teams

· Willingness to work on site.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting GPU servers, AI computing servers, or other high-performance server equipment

· Experience in data center operations, maintenance, or technical delivery support

· Familiarity with hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and escalation processes

· Experience working in international or multi-cultural project environments
