For vår avdeling CBRE DCS som tilbyr alt av teknisk drift av lokasjoner med kritiske installasjoner, søker vi nå dyktige teknikere som skal ta del i de daglige overvåknings- og vedlikeholdsoppgavene. Vi søker for tiden tekniker stillinger på dagtid til drift at datasenter for vår kunde i Sauda.

Om stillingene og arbeidsoppgaver

Hovedformålet med denne rollen er å støtte de daglige aktivitetene (monitorering, vedlikehold, reparasjon, overhaling) for vårt datasenter med fokus på mekaniske og elektriske operasjoner, slik at de kritiske installasjonene alltid er operative.

I stillingen vil du daglig løse et bredt spekter oppgaver som (men ikke begrenset til):

Forebyggende vedlikehold på tekniske anlegg

Monitorering og overvåkning av anlegget

Håndtering av uplanlagte hendelser

Planlegging og koordinering av vedlikehold, både internt og i samarbeid med underleverandører

Optimalisering av drift

Prosjektstøtte og klargjøring av nye systemer for drift

CBRE og kundene våre forventer høyt fokus på HMS og kvalitet, både under planlegging, gjennomføring og dokumentasjon av arbeidet.

Det kompetente tekniske teamet du vil bli en del av, jobber innenfor teknisk service av bygninger og kritiske anlegg - primært el, kjøling og back-up power systemer. Det stilles høye krav til kvalitet og dokumentasjon som gjør at du må sørge for detaljert planlegging før arbeidets utførelse, og at all dokumentasjon i etterkant er på plass. Vi har hele tiden fokus på å videreutvikle og forbedre kundens tekniske fasiliteter, så teknologi, samarbeid og kommunikasjon er alltid i hovedfokus.

Stillingen er primært dagtid, samt en vaktrotasjon for utkall ved hendelser.

Du bør ha bred teknisk kunnskap og være villig til å fortsatt lære og utvikle deg, samt dele dine erfaringer. Du må ha gode IT kunnskaper, godt brukernivå innen MS Office og evne til å lett lære nye systemer.

Technician for Data Center Operations

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (CBRE GWS) is a leading global provider of real estate management services, supporting our clients in operating their properties, premises, and critical installations by delivering world-class Facility Management services. CBRE also provides project management and advisory services related to the operation, development, and management of real estate.

For our CBRE DCS division, which provides a full range of technical operations services for locations with critical installations, we are now looking for skilled technicians to take part in the daily monitoring and maintenance tasks. We are currently seeking daytime technician positions for data center operations for our customer in Sauda.

About the Positions and Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to support the daily activities (monitoring, maintenance, repair, and overhaul) for our data center, with a focus on mechanical and electrical operations, ensuring that the critical installations are operational at all times.

In this position, you will carry out a broad range of tasks on a daily basis, including but not limited to:

Preventive maintenance of technical systems

Monitoring and supervision of the facility

Handling unplanned incidents

Planning and coordination of maintenance, both internally and in cooperation with subcontractors

Optimization of operations

Project support and preparation of new systems for operation

CBRE and our customers expect a strong focus on HSE and quality, both during the planning, execution, and documentation of the work.

The competent technical team you will become part of works within technical service for buildings and critical facilities — primarily electrical systems, cooling, and backup power systems. There are high requirements for quality and documentation, meaning you must ensure detailed planning before the work is carried out and that all documentation is completed afterward. We continuously focus on developing and improving the customer’s technical facilities, so technology, collaboration, and communication are always key priorities.

The position is primarly daytime, with and additional callout rotation for emergency events.

Personal Suitability and Desired Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we envision that you have technical experience from one or more of the following disciplines:

Building operations

Refrigeration technology

Ventilation

Machinery

Mechanics / industrial mechanic

Electrical (Group H and/or L)

Automation

Process industry

You should have broad technical knowledge and be willing to continue learning and developing, as well as sharing your experience. You must have good IT skills, a solid working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to easily learn new systems.
