What they need
The Data Center Technician L2 leads moderately complex rack builds, conducts fiber testing, integrates liquid cooling systems, and assists with system bring-up activities.
Job duties:
- Lead rack deployment, equipment installation, and cabling validation
- Install and inspect direct to chip liquid cooling manifolds and hoses
- Perform OS imaging, firmware verification, and basic system bring-up
- Guide L1 technicians and execute post-installation quality assurance audits
Skills:
- Advanced fiber cabling troubleshooting and testing with Fluke tools
- Direct to chip liquid cooling installation and leak inspection
- Reading technical schematics, elevation diagrams, and design MOPs
- Hardware troubleshooting, component swap outs, and site safety compliance
