Data Center Technician III

• You will interact with stakeholder in Spain and across EMEA, so both Spanish and English language is essential

• Working to meet SLA´s against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.

• Being first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.

• Performing regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc).

• Carrying out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.

• Working with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complete routine work.

• Adhering to security and safety best practices in the data center.

• Performing server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required.

A successful Data Center Technician III should have:

• High school or equivalent diploma Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair Experience in networking.
• Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Earn trust, Ownership, Bias for action, Learn and be curious

• Annual salary ranging from: €30.000/€35.000
