NTT Global Data Centers is growing in Hillsboro , and I’m looking for experienced Data Center Technicians with strong mechanical and/or electrical critical facilities experience .

This is a facilities-focused role , supporting the systems that keep a mission-critical data center operating 24/7.

🔧 What we’re looking for:

• Data center or other critical facilities experience , such as semiconductor, power plant, hospital, or similar industrial environments
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, UPS, switchgear, ATS/STS, electrical distribution, BMS/controls, and fire life safety systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

HOURS:

Shift work 12hr shifts first week Mon-Tue 6:00pm-6:00am, Off Wed-Thu, Work Fri-Sun 6:00pm-6:00am 2nd week Mon-Tue Off, Wed-Thu 6:00pm-6:00am and Off Fri-Sun

Technicians rotate from days/nights every quarter. 6am-6pm/6pm-6am.

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $33.00 - $50.00 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
