Data Center Testing & Validation Expert / 测试验证专家

Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the specific implementation and verification of the overseas Data Center connection and maintenance test acceptance, and assist in the completion of the evidence collection, test progress management and test quality control of each test item. The main job responsibilities include:

1. Field test management and coordination of overseas projects

• Coordinate and manage the work execution of suppliers and third-party testing units at the project site;
• Supervise the landing of the test plan to ensure that the test content completely covers the technical requirements and the contract agreement;
• Coordinate resources to solve on-site unexpected problems and promote rapid positioning and closed-loop of problems;
• Ensure that the testing process meets the safety specifications, quality standards and customer delivery requirements, and ensure the smooth acceptance of the project.

2. Factory acceptance and quality control of large projects

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of key equipment/systems and perform checklists according to standard procedures;
• On-site verification of critical quality control points (such as electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance, etc.);
• Project implementation process quality control, according to the key check list project site inspection, early identification of project risks and tracking closed loop;
• Assist in reviewing technical documents submitted by suppliers (such as BOM, drawings, test reports, compliance certificates, etc.) to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards

3. Working Place and Time

The working place and time are estimated to be 30%-50% of the travel time according to the actual needs of the project, and the main travel scope is in the corresponding countries in Europe and the United States.

Capability Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above is required
• Major requirements include electrical (strong current, weak current), HVAC and other mechanical and electrical related professional background, more than 3 years of industry experience, data center work experience (test and verification experience is preferred), familiar with test and verification process, familiar with data center related systems (electrical, HVAC, weak current, fire protection), and the ability to review test plans, test plans, test reports, etc;
• Be familiar with the progress, quality, safety and other contents of the test and verification project, and have good EHS awareness and experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, can independently review English test reports and communicate with suppliers.
• Good communication skills and team spirit, serious and responsible work, independent judgment ability, active learning consciousness and team spirit;
• Have certain test project management experience and ability, PMP certificate is preferred;
• Possesses a certain level of resilience under pressure and is willing to undertake extended business travel.

负责海外机房接维测试验收的具体执行和验证工作，协助完成各测试项目的取证、测试进度管理和测试质量的控制。主要工作内容包含：

1. 海外地区项目现场测试管理与协调

• 在项目现场统筹管理供应商及第三方测试单位的工作执行；
• 监督测试方案落地，确保测试内容完整覆盖技术要求与合同约定；
• 协调资源解决现场突发问题，推动问题快速定位与闭环；
• 确保测试过程符合安全规范、质量标准及客户交付要求，保障项目顺利通过验收。

2. 大型项目工厂验收与质量管控

• 参与重点设备/系统的工厂验收测试（FAT），依据标准流程执行检查清单；
• 针对关键质量控制点（如电气安全、结构可靠性、热管理性能等）进行现场核查；
• 项目实施过程质量管控，根据关键核查清单项目现场检查，提前识别项目风险并跟踪闭环；
• 协助审核供应商提交的技术文档（如BOM、图纸、测试报告、合规证书等），确保符合设计规范与行业标准

3. 工作地点和时间

根据项目的实际需要预计出差时长在30%-50%，主要出差范围在欧美区域的相应国家

能力要求

• 本科及以上
• 专业要求具备电气（强电、弱电均可）、暖通等机电相关专业背景，行业经验3年以上，具备数据中心工作经验（测试验证经验者优先），熟悉测试验证流程，熟悉数据中心相关系统(电气、暖通、弱电、消防），具备审核测试计划、测试方案、测试报告等能力;
• 熟悉测试验证项目进度、质量、安全等内容，有良好的EHS意识和经验。
• 中英文流利，可独立审核英文测试报告，与供应商沟通。
• 良好的表达沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作认真负责、具有独立的判断能力、主动学习意识和团队精神；
• 具备一定的测试项目管理经验及能力，有PMP证书者优先；
• 具备一定承压能力，可接受较长时间出差。

• 通过远程会议和现场监督，有效完成测试相关的沟通和协调工作；
• 技术上能够支撑测试技术方案的审核，现场跟进测试内容，能发现测试过程中的风险问题；
